'Stung' is a zine I make each month. As a photographer and visual artist, it's a place for me to share artwork, photos and text. It's a way for me to connect through sharing ideas, art and music.
Each month's full colour issue has a different theme, which will either be a reflection on a topic I'm interested in, or feelings about the world around me and my experiences.
Issue #17 is 16 pages and features a mix of original illustration, collage and blackout poetry.
I wanted to explore some themes of womanhood, navigating danger disguised as interest, and how coersive control is so sinister.
I'm so grateful to have this outlet to express some more complex things that I think about 🖤
